Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages IS OUT!
*In Coniferious Confusion on the map where you have to fight the correct gloomba, do not get a prememptive strike against them, or it could mess up.*
Sorry for the delay, but an unexpected family event came up this morning and lasted through the afternoon. But with that aside...

Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages has now finally been released.
It's been a while, but it's finally here. Please download it and post feedback and share your thoughts on the game. There will also be changing polls on the website so vote on those too.
A few notes...
-This is version 1.0. Updates will follow eventually
-Sage skills are very useful. Don't forget about them.
-There are a good amount of side things to do which add to the game
-This is a mashup of all the mario rpgs so its not a sequel, no Mario & Luigi RPG 4!!. It's random and the characters that it uses are random and most of their roles are random. (Not all of them.)
Thanks.
IF ANYONE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN WRITING A FAQ, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Shroom Stuff 5: Dark Bowser

C-Division,
Following up on the other post, here comes Shroom Stuff 5. This will be the last Shroom Stuff so you'll just have to wait for the release of the game this summer to quench your needs.
This video just shows some skill moves of the special suit. The suit will not be part of the main story, you will have to obtain it through side quests and stuff. Most of the suits are like that anyway. Not much else to say, so enjoy!

Shroom Stuff 2: Battle Showcase

C-Division,
Shroom Stuff Video Dos(Two).
This will probably be the most exciting "Shroom Stuff" video. Why? Because it's all about the fighting. This vid shows off the new Bowser sprites first with some of his finalized special moves. If that's not good enough it then shows off the suit skills. If you want to know exactly what I mean, check out the video.
Comments are helpful.

Shroom Stuff 1: Mario's Cloud Nine

C-Division,
Introducing: Shroom Stuff.
We are now starting a string of small videos showing off some more features of the game. The first one is Mario's Cloud Nine, a shooter type mini game you play during the adventure. Coming up we'll have different aspects to show, like the battle system in its final stages.

Progress Report (C-Division)
C-Division here,
Back again with a little progress update. We've been doing a lot of work recently on Mario.
-We just finished the fourth sage. Game time now isn't accurate because of the amount of areas and sidequests we plan to add between the Sages. I, C-Divison, am programming the Main Story straight through and then we will go back and add all we intend to.
-Mario's suits' abilities are now all completed. There are seven suits for Mario and Luigi with mostly 2 extra skills. That equals a lot of long battle animations but it looks good. Luigi still has two more suits that need the skills to be made. Mr. L and Poltergust 3000 :).
-The battle system is complete and lacking only specific monster skills.
-Badges are complete.
-Earlier scenes of the game have been revamped to match the quality of the later scenes we've made. (Almost all the scenes shown demo are now at least a little better.)
-Surfing, Submarine, etc. Minigames have been completed and implemented to the Main story.
-Mario should be released at the very latest in summer. We should hopefully have it finished before then though.
These are some of the main points that we've done on Mario these past couple of months and it's coming along nicely. Any questions or concerns will be greatly appreciated.

Mario: Seven Sages new Battle Video
C-Division here,
In anticipation of the upcoming demo, U-Division has just made an updated video of the basic battle system. There are still some elements to it not expressed in the video. We can't give everything away can we?
Notes:
-Powerups such as the critical hit (As seen in the video) happen randomly during the heat of battle very similarly to Mario RPG for the Super Nintendo.
-This video shows the first glimpse of Bowser in action. Most of the attacking sprites are custom-made courtesy of U-Division.
-The characters are done with battle animations, not charsets for smoother animation. This question has been asked a lot.
If you have any questions, please comment.
Click HERE to see the video on youtube or watch it below.

Mario RPG is Given to C-Division, Production up 300%
It's true. C-Division now owns half the rights to the former U Division project, Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages. You may know C-Division as the guy who completed a Zelda fan game, for which a download link is at the top of the page. Well, that driving force is now behind Mario. I'll still be doing some of the advanced coding (the custom menu, the mini-games, etc) but C-Division will now be doing more of the grunt work. With this change of pace, we may actually see a release for Mario. His goal is to have it done by or during next summer. Let's hope that happens.
Comments are appreciated.

Big Things to Come... (C-Division)
Hey it's C-Division,
I haven't been on here in a while, I know. With school starting and all that I've been busy lately, but it's started to slow down so I can get back to gamemaking and mugen. U-Division and I have an important announcement that we'll make soon so stay tuned.
In other news, I will be releasing another version of Zelda. This one has a boss battle mode after you beat the game for those who want more of a challenge.
I never got around to adding more to Krash or making a video this summer, but I will try to get those done as soon as possible.
Thanks and check out my blog!

Friday Media: The Bros are back! (And I'm not talking about samurai)
You heard right. And it's definitely not those idiot Samuris Brothers. The Mario Bros. are back on the RPG scene. U Division's first project to ever have any promise returns to production in this new teaser trailer video. Mario and RPG Maker fans alike should check out a video of what the game has so far. For more info go here. Expect more updates and coverage of the game as I start up work once more. But I haven't had much time to RPG make recently, so updates may continue to be few and far between (my last one was a week ago). And on a side-note, U Division Games hit count is... is... over NINE THOUSANNNNNDDDD!!! (Yeah.....)

Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages. From "Cancelled" to "Hiatus"
But continuing this project means I have to get rid of some stuff to increase my chances of finishing it.
-Only Mario and Luigi can fight (Sorry, no Bowser, Geno, or Yoshi)
...Actually, that's about it. Without those dudes in the Battle System, it allows for an easier way to do "Bros. Combos" and less coding/spriting. Given what I had, it would be a stretch to incorporate those extra characters.
