500 Downloads! + 1.2 Update

We've reached more than 500 downloads in only a few days! Thanks to everyone who has downloaded it and enjoyed.
Also, the download link has been updated to 1.2, which has a few small fixes.

Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages ~Extended Edition~ Released

Penguin4478, a Seven Sages fan and member of the ICU Gigasoft Forum, has released the most complete version of his MOD and we'd like to share it with you. Penguin4478 put a lot of work into the project and has added a variety of content including new dungeons, equipment, and suits for players to use.  In addition to that, he extensively rebalanced the characters.

As of version 1.7.0, Seven Sages has it's project files open for all to enjoy.  That means, among other things, people can create their own mods of the game.  Whether that be small graphical changes or changes to the actual game.

Announcing: Donkey Kong Country X Engine

What is it?
The DKCX engine is an HTML5 based game engine made using Scirra's Construct 2. When released, anyone using Construct 2 will be able to create their own broswer based Donkey Kong Country games, free for everyone to play.

What's it current status?
As of this post, and for the time being, the DKCX is still in development.  What we want to do is gauge interest before continuing with development.  To fully flesh out the engine, we'll need to purchase the full version of Construct 2, a $119 investment.

What can I do?
Simply play the demo made using the engine, give us feed back, and share the game with other people.  All we need to see is sufficient interest before we decide on continuing development.

Current Feature Set:
-Support for different characters with different stats (jump height, speed, etc...)
-Blast Barrels
-Moving Platforms
-Walking/Jumping Enemies
-Flying Enemies
-Bananas!
-Flying Levels (With Funky Kong)

Planned Feature Set:
-Implementation of Diddy, Dixie, and Kiddy
-Support for Animal Buddy Transformations
-Barrel Interaction (Pick Up/Throw)
-More stage features (Bouncy Tires, Crocodile Heads)
-Bonuses
-etc...

It was brought to our attention that the download link for Starlite World had been hacked, and that it linked the malware instead of the actual game. I apologize to the victims of this attack, and hopefully this won't happen again.  We've changed the link to 4Shared and you should find it in the download page.

In the future, please know that our game is 207-ish Megabytes and is NOT an EXE file, it should come as a ZIP,.
