I understand, but I'm saying Nintendo doesn't typically waste thier time on small projects like ours. Heck, if Nintendo wanted to prosecute Mario Fan Games, they'd start at mfgg.net, also know as, Mario Fan Game Galaxy. There' are hundreds of Mario fan games there. I understand that nonprofit, only-for-fun fan games aren't exactly legal, but at the same time they are far from unethical or immoral.

It's called the Sideview Battle System (SBS) for XP. There's one for VX too. Also know as, Tankentai, I think.
