UPDATE: Picture of Tuss
As the title stated, Tuss is a character created by C Division. However, due to technical difficulties, this is not the latest version of Tuss. Expect an update of him soon. With this addition, all three Divisions of ICU Gigasoft have a character on the site. You can be the judge of who's the best by giving a download to all three.
